Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the item is unworn and returned to us in its original packaging and condition. All items will be inspected on return.

For hygiene reasons the following items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned:  knickers, bodies, and babydolls. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Its your responsibility to make sure that all items are securely packed and reach us in its original condition. A refund might be delayed or declined if item gets damaged during the return process.

All items needs to be returned at your cost unless in accordance with your legal rights. An order ID and return reasons must be quoted with the return. Please return the items to our postal address (see Contact Us for more information and full contact details).

UK Returns & Refunds

You can return items via any of your local post office. Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. This receipt will contain your 13-digit Royal Mail reference code.

International Returns & Refunds

You can return internationally ordered items from using your local postal services.  When you return goods, please make sure that you mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed. Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage.
